Many items of jewellery are held in stock and can be shipped within 1-2 working days. However, this is a small business with lots of lovely variations on offer, so many pieces are also made to order as soon as possible. Silver items are usually ready within a week, and gold vermeil jewellery takes a bit longer as it needs to be sent for plating; 2-3 weeks max. If you need something in a hurry please get in touch before you order & I will do all I can to meet your deadline.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail trackable services for insurance purposes. These require a signature upon receipt, so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address. Delivery from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) is next day by 1pm within the UK & 7-10 working days for international addresses.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to new EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), I can no longer sell items to those within the EU or Northern Ireland. I'm so sorry for this and hope there will be a solution to help small businesses soon...
Packaging & gift notes
Your jewellery will come in a branded box & is packaged in a plain padded envelope with only a return address on the back. If you'd like me to send your order directly to a loved one I can add a note from you. Simply choose an alternative delivery address & let me know what to write in the 'Customer Notes' section of your order.
Refunds
If for some reason you would like to return your purchase, please send it back unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days. Please get in touch before doing so to see if I can help in any way and so that I know to expect it. Orders placed in November & December are subject to an extended returns period - please get in touch ASAP with details & return the items by 15th January the following year. Refunds will be made within 7 days.
Orders for goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised in any way cannot be returned.
